Beginner Sewing 101 is designed for absolute beginners who want to learn how to properly operate a sewing machine and build strong foundational skills. In this guided 2-hour session, students are introduced to sewing terminology, machine setup, and basic construction techniques. You’ll learn: • Parts of a sewing machine • Proper threading and bobbin winding • Straight stitch and backstitch techniques • Speed control and fabric guidance • Basic seam construction Students will complete a simple beginner-friendly project while gaining the confidence to independently operate a machine.
